Not every online casino platform knows how to truly value its loyal players. Many offer "VIP programmes" that exist in name only — titles that sound prestigious but deliver rewards that fall well short of the effort players put in. At got77, we take a different approach. Our VIP Rewards Program is built on one simple belief: loyal players deserve treatment that is truly special — not just a fancy label.
From the moment you register a got77 account, you start earning reward points and working toward VIP tier upgrades. There's no complicated application process and no special forms to fill in. Our system automatically tracks your playing activity, and once you hit the required deposit threshold, your VIP tier is updated instantly — along with all the benefits that come with it.
What sets the got77 VIP programme apart isn't just the generous cashback rates — though 20% cashback for Diamond members is genuinely hard to beat in the Malaysian market. What matters more are the service privileges that come with each tier. Gold members and above get a dedicated personal account manager they can reach directly, ready to assist with everything from bonuses to withdrawals. Platinum members enjoy expedited withdrawal processing. And Diamond members? They're in a different league entirely — a personal host, unlimited instant withdrawals, invitations to exclusive events, and bonuses tailored to their individual needs.
Every time you place a bet at got77 — whether on slots, Live Casino, or Sports Betting — you automatically earn reward points. The rate at which you accumulate points depends on your current VIP tier: Bronze members earn at the base rate, while Diamond members earn at 5x. This means high-tier VIP players not only receive more cashback, but their points also accumulate far faster — accelerating their journey to the next reward.
Accumulated reward points can be redeemed for playing credits with no additional wagering requirements attached. This is yet another advantage got77 holds over other platforms, which routinely impose high wagering conditions even on points earned through loyal play.

No special application needed. No hidden conditions. Our system handles everything automatically.
Start by registering a free account. Sign-up takes less than 2 minutes and you'll automatically receive Bronze status right away.
Make deposits using Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, or other local Malaysian payment methods. Every ringgit you deposit counts toward your VIP tier.
Every wager you place earns reward points. The more actively you play at got77, the faster your points accumulate and the quicker you move up the tiers.
Once your cumulative deposits reach the next tier threshold, got77 will upgrade your VIP status immediately and all new privileges will activate right away.
Every wager earns points. Every point brings you closer to your next reward.
Every RM10 wagered on slots or other casino games earns 1 reward point (multiplied according to your VIP tier).
Betting at Live Casino tables earns points at a higher rate — 1.5 points per RM10 before VIP multipliers apply.
Sports bets including EPL, Malaysia Super League, and badminton earn 2 points for every RM10 wagered.
100 reward points can be redeemed for RM5 in gaming credits with no additional wagering requirements.
When it comes to online casino VIP programs, many platforms use the same words — "exclusive", "special", "premium". But when you look closer, the reality often falls short of the promise. got77 knows this because we've heard from players who came to us after being let down by other platforms.
So what truly sets the got77 VIP Rewards program apart? Transparency, first and foremost. We clearly state how much you need to deposit for each tier, what the actual cashback rates are, and exactly how reward points are calculated. No ambiguity. No hidden terms that only surface when you try to make a withdrawal.
Second, speed. Once you reach Platinum or Diamond tier, your withdrawals are processed with priority. got77 Diamond members can expect funds in their bank account — whether via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, or DuitNow — in very little time. This isn't just a tagline; it's the service standard we hold ourselves to.
Third, ongoing value. A great VIP programme isn't just about welcome perks — it's about rewards that keep coming as long as you remain an active member. got77's weekly cashback is credited every Monday with no manual claiming required. Birthday bonuses arrive automatically in the month you specified at registration. Weekly free spins are credited without you needing to remember to click anything.
Focus on games that generate the highest reward points — Sports Betting earns 2 points per RM10 wagered, compared to 1 point for regular slots. Take advantage of deposit bonus promotions to grow your cumulative deposit more efficiently as well. And stay active — accounts inactive for 90 consecutive days may be subject to a VIP tier downgrade.
The Diamond tier is the pinnacle of the got77 VIP program, and the treatment that comes with it reflects that status completely. Diamond members receive the personal WhatsApp number of their dedicated VIP host — someone they can reach directly for any account, bonus, or gaming-related needs. They also receive invitations to exclusive Diamond tournaments unavailable to any other tier, with significantly larger prize pools.
For Diamond members from Sabah, Sarawak, Terengganu, Kelantan, or any of Malaysia's more geographically remote states, this is a benefit that truly makes a difference. Personal support means you skip the general support queue entirely — your issues are resolved promptly by someone who already knows your account.
